Yes. Our Public Liability Insurance is current and a copy can be emailed on request.
Do you bring all of your own equipment?
Yes – you won’t need to loan out your bucket!
Are you okay with families with dogs?
Yes. However, please keep them away from the working areas for their own safety.
What is your typical availability like?
Variable. It will depend on the complexity and scale of the project, as well as existing commitments booked with RL Alterations by other customers. Rest assured, the timeline for your request will be discussed in your initial consultation. Booking in advance is recommended.
Do I have to order my own supplies?
No. However, any specific or specialised fixtures, fittings, finishings or furnishings you wish to include, must be discussed at the initial consultation, to ensure practical and budget feasibility.
